RULES AND POLICIES ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM PLEASE READ 

 Please be advised that classes are not prorated, and we reserve the right to terminate services to any individual at our discretion at any time . A positive environment is essential and necessary for our performing arts environment. We are a professional dance company and we abide by our rules. By completing this online registration , you agree to our rules and policies.

A written notice of one month is required to terminate services. Additional processing fees will applied to the enrollment cost. Participants in our theater or dance productions should anticipate potential additional hours or practices, which may result in extra fees. Refunds will not be issued for discontinued enrollment, and outstanding bills

may be referred to a collection agency.
